In particular, Frial has developed a range of tailor-made ready-cooked and multi-servings meals thanks to a unique and innovative technology: Cryogenic refrigeration.
This technology allows freezing and encapsulation of each of the ingredients of a ready-cooked meal separately.
The encapsulation of sauce, which can vary from 5 to 40%, is carried out in an accurate, complete and homogenous manner around each ingredient.
This specific technique makes possible to obtain an optimal restitution quality.
